The Crush Facility

Yokayo Wine Company provides custom crushing for both growers and wineries throughout California. Our on-site 72 foot certified scale makes receiving quick and efficient. Our facility is located just minutes off Highway 101 in Ukiah, providing good access from any location. With twin Bucher XP 320 presses, and a Bucher Delta E8 stemmer crusher, we can process more than 500 tons of fruit per day. Our crush team is the best in the business and we look forward to processing your grapes. 

2.3 million gallons total capacity, ranging in size from 1,000 gallons to 30,000 gallons, with a wide range red and white fermentation tank sizes, gallons, widths and heights, to meet any need. Our multi-size breakdown system ensures topped tanks during storage periods. All of our tanks have cooling jackets, and insulated tanks are available for long term storage.

A 72 foot state certified drive “into and out of” scale makes shipping and transfer quick and efficient, and gives growers documented measurement of all shipments into the facility.

Our bladder press is from Bucher, known world-wide for obtaining must of excellent and constant quality, will handle any level of press needed from 15 to 60 tons of white grapes per load.
